PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Your booking grants exclusive access to the studio along with all amenities. A helpful host will be available to ensure your experience is exceptional. They’ll respect your space but feel free to ask for assistance if needed.
All bookings are non-refundable. However, if you notify us of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, we can provide studio credit.
No credit will be offered for cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking.
When rescheduling, please choose a new shoot date within 3 months of your original booking. Reach out to us via email at bookings@aqstudio.digital to arrange your new date and time.
If you require extra time for your shoot on the day, additional hours can be added at Tsh. 150,000 per hour, subject to availability after your booking.
Your booking accommodates a maximum of 5 people in your group.
You have the option to provide your own photographer or request one using our directory at an extra fee. Please let us know your preference.
Rest assured, your booked time slot will never be altered, rescheduled, or delayed by management without your prior notice, forewarning, or consultation.
