Hello - Habari everyone, we're back with another project showcase. We wanted to talk to you about a brand that we've been loving lately, Linda Farrow. They make some of the most stylish and high-quality sunglasses out there, and some of our staff have been lucky enough to get their hands on a few pairs.
But we're not just talking about Linda Farrow because we think they're cool (although they definitely are). We're also talking about them because we had the opportunity to work with them on a product placement campaign through our talent, Kika.
Kika is a social media influencer with a huge following. We were able to leverage her influence to get the word out about Linda Farrow's new sunglass collection in a big way. Kika posted a 30-second Instagram reel that played over 671,000 times, and generated 25,918 likes, 443 comments, and 2,828 saves. And that's not all - she also posted a 3-second Snapchat video that was seen by even more people.
The result was a huge boost in awareness and interest in Linda Farrow's sunglasses. And that's the power of product placement - when it's done well, it can be a win-win for both the brand and the influencer.
