1. OverviewAQ Studio provides brand development, marketing strategy, and execution services for businesses, entrepreneurs, and creators. Our approach is collaborative, strategic, and tailored to empower you with the tools and confidence to thrive independently.
2. Services ProvidedOur services may include but are not limited to:
- Brand Development (logos, visual identity, messaging frameworks)
- Marketing Strategy (roadmaps, positioning, audience outreach)
- Marketing Execution (content creation, campaign rollout coordination)
- Website Design & Development
- Consultation Services
Any additional services requested outside of the agreed scope will be subject to a new contract and pricing.
3. Payment Terms- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are due at the start of each phase, as outlined in your project proposal. Work will commence only after the payment is received.
- Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Additional Costs:
- Any third-party services (e.g., photographers, videographers, developers) required for project execution are the client’s responsibility and not included in AQ Studio’s service fees.
- If AQ Studio is required to manage third-party vendors, additional fees will apply.
4. Project Timelines- Timelines provided in the project proposal are estimates and may be subject to change based on client feedback, response times, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Timely feedback and approvals from the client are essential to keep the project on track.
5. Client ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the success of the project, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals promptly.
- Maintain open communication throughout the duration of the project.
- Adhere to the agreed timelines and payment schedule.
- Inform AQ Studio of any significant changes to the project scope or goals.
6. Revisions & Approvals- Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
- Once a phase is approved and finalized, any changes or revisions requested afterward will incur additional charges.

- Celebration of Milestones: Achievements, both big and small, will be celebrated to boost morale and motivation.
8. TerminationThis agreement may be terminated by either party with two weeks’ written notice. In such cases, AQ Studio will invoice for any completed work, and all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property- AQ Studio retains ownership of all creative concepts and strategies until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the agreed deliverables.
- AQ Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality• AQ Studio respects your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept strictly confidential.
• Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information to third parties without prior consent.
11. Cancellations & Refunds- In the event of project cancellation by the client, payments made up to that point are non-refundable, and any work completed will be billed accordingly.
- AQ Studio reserves the right to cancel a project if the client is unresponsive for an extended period or fails to meet payment obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability- AQ Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- The client assumes responsibility for the outcomes of implemented strategies based on AQ Studio’s recommendations.
13. Force MajeureAQ Studio shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen technical issues.
14. Amendments to TermsAQ Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
15. Governing LawThese terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania or the United Kingdom.
