Hi, I’m Gloria, Business Architect and Founder of AQ Studio. With a background as diverse as the business, creators and entrepreneurs I work with, I’ve built a career blending creativity, strategy, and fearless problem-solving.

From leading a digital media company in the UK to pursuing advanced doctoral studies in Management specializing in portfolio entrepreneurship, I’ve honed the skills to craft transformative strategies that turn bold visions into reality. My journey has included leading clients secure features in Forbes Africa, The Guardian, and Vice, and guiding clients to achieve milestones such as Amazon bestseller status.

In 2022, I returned to my roots in Tanzania, leaving behind the corporate grind to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey. I founded AQ Studio with one mission: to empower creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses with the tools, strategies, and confidence to thrive independently and achieve long-term success.

Through my mini-vlog series, The Founder’s Log, I document the raw, behind-the-scenes process of building Yellow Feather, a lifestyle brand creating immersive, nature-inspired spaces and experiences that connect people to self, community, and the beauty of the present moment.
