Cancellation Policy:


  1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your scheduled consultation session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  2. Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your consultation session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. A fee may be charged for rescheduling a consultation session, particularly if the rescheduling request is made multiple times or on short notice.
  4. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and no refunds will be issued.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  6. Exceptions: In cases of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
