EVENT SCHEDULE
🕓 3:30 – 4:30 PM | ARRIVAL & HIKE TO THE VOLCANO CRATER
- Guests gather at the meeting point, greeted with welcome drinks infused with locally sourced herbs (hibiscus, ginger, baobab).
- A guided 1 hour descent into the volcano crater begins, with short pauses for scenic photography and storytelling about the land’s history & energy.
- A friendly sunset 5-a-side match at the edge of an extinct volcanic crater. (Casual and open to all skill levels)
- Guests can join in the game or cheer from the sidelines with drinks in hand, and laid-back music from portable speakers soaking in the golden-hour glow.
🔥 6:00 – LATE |MOONLIT SUNDOWNERS
Sunset ~ 6:35 PM
- After the match, guests begin the ascent back up to the rim, where a refresh station with drinks and light snacks awaits
- Guests can sit on the hill slope, share stories, sip drinks, and soak in the sky’s transformation while a soft lo-fi moon playlist sets the mood in the background.
AUGUST 9 | FULL STURGEON MOON
Themes: Deep Reflection, Mystery. The Full Sturgeon Moon is about reflection, depth, and seeing beyond the surface. This experience focuses on cosmic wonder, introspection, and mindfulness.

- As darkness sets in, guests settle onto mats or cushions for guided breathwork, sound healing & intention setting.
- A guided breathwork session helps guests center themselves and transition into a more reflective state.
- A sound healing session with crystal bowl, bonfire & light drumming and breathwork synchronizes the group’s energy with the full moon’s presence.
- Guests are then guided through intention setting and moon journaling, allowing them to release and realign with their goals.
- The screen lights up for an immersive silent cinema under the full moon.
- Guests settle in on low-seating cushions, wrapped in blankets, noise-canceling headphones on with their drinks & warm snacks.
- A specially curated mystical, thought-provoking film enhances the night’s theme of deep reflection and mystery.

Themes: Gratitude, Harvest, New Beginnings. The Full Corn Moon represents gratitude, abundance, and celebrating the fruits of our labor. This experience focuses on shared connection, storytelling, and appreciating life’s simple pleasures.
